▼Job Responsibilities
Care for residents
Bathing assistance
Meal care
Toilet care
Recreation support, etc.
Attendance at hospital visits
About 5 night shifts per month
▼Salary
Monthly salary: 303,000 yen
The above salary includes a regional characteristic allowance.
Qualification Allowance (earned for months worked 115 hours or more)
Training for beginners and helper level 2: 3,000 yen
Level 1 helper training: 5,000 yen
Care worker: 8,000 to 10,000 yen
Attendance allowance (the amount of money you receive depends on the number of days you work)
Worked 15 days or more: 35,000 yen
Worked 14 days or less: 17,500 yen
Bonus for continuous service (for those who work 45 days or more in 3 months)
Care worker + more than 10 years + night shift: ¥240,000
Care worker + over 10 years + no night shift: 120,000 yen
*Additional bonuses may be given in May and November.

One time: 4,000 yen
Family allowance
Spouse: 5,000 yen/month
Children (under 18 years old): 3,500 yen per child per month (up to 3 children)
Housing allowance
10,000~20,000 yen/month (for those who rent more than 45,000 yen)

8 hours between 07:00 and 19:30
Night shift: 16:00 - 09:00 (2 hours break, about 5 days/month)
