Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
・Assist residents with meals.
・Assists residents in changing clothes.
・Assist residents with toileting and bathing.
・Watch over the residents at night to ensure their safety.
・Provide medical care (sputum suctioning and nutritional injections) as needed.
▼Salary
Monthly salary: 244,200 yen and up
Base salary: 212,600 yen
31,600 yen per month is paid as fixed overtime (20 hours per month)
Overtime in excess of the fixed overtime hours will be paid separately.
Bonus: Twice a year
Estimated first-year annual salary: 3,720,000 yen
(Monthly income: 275,600 yen x 12 months + Bonus: 420,000 yen)
*Bonus will vary depending on performance.
*An annual income example based on the assumption of 4 night shifts per month.
