We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team across various departments, contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our theme parks and resorts.
General Management Track
In the General Management Track, you'll be involved in the operation and planning of our theme parks and hotels nationwide. You'll also brainstorm new initiatives to energize local communities. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing new projects that cater to customer needs.
Managing restaurants and souvenir shops.
Planning the introduction of new attractions.
Hotel Division
The Hotel Division focuses on operating hotels and campsites to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay. Your tasks will involve:
Preparing guest rooms and handling front desk operations.
Managing restaurants with a focus on guest preferences.
Handling reservation management and room promotion activities.
Resort Division
The Resort Division creates appealing villa communities and provides an enjoyable resort lifestyle. You will:
Support the operation and sales of new villas.
Provide various services to create a comfortable living environment for villa owners.
Develop events and new business ventures utilizing the resort properties.
▼Salary
General career university/graduate school graduates have an annual salary of over 3.39 million yen, junior college/specialty school graduates have an annual salary of over 3.04 million yen. The base salary for university/graduate school graduates is 283,000 yen, and for junior college/specialty school graduates, it is 254,000 yen. RX career positions have an annual salary of over 4.8 million yen, with a base salary of 400,000 yen. The salary includes a fixed overtime allowance, with 67,000 yen paid for an assumed 41 hours of overtime. Overtime excess work allowance, holiday work allowance, and late-night work allowance are provided, but there is no bonus except for an incentive bonus for top performers. The salary is finalized at the end of each month, and the monthly salary is paid on the 25th of the same month.

▼Overtime Details
