Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
Construction Management

Construction schedule management
Selection and direction of subcontractors
Confirmation of vehicles to carry in and out materials
Management of documents and drawings
Confirmation of work procedures and materials
Documentation of the project process (using iPad, etc.)
Filing of photos and documents
Schedule meetings and conferences
Documentation of project processes (using iPads, etc.), etc.
Revise drawings using CAD (from assistance)

<Academic background and experience in any type of work are not required.
First, you will receive 17 days of training to learn the overall picture of building construction (urban development), and then you will be able to deepen your expertise while undergoing on-the-job training as a construction management assistant. Depending on your experience, you may also be involved in drawing-related work.
