▼Job Responsibilities
E-mail support for game software operation
- Respond to questions from customers regarding game operation methods via e-mail in English.
- Provide detailed and detailed explanations using English.
Examples of inquiries are as follows:
"I can't connect to the Internet"
"I want you to add a function"
"Sometimes it doesn't work correctly even if I perform this operation"
