They are responsible for important behind-the-scenes work in the restaurant and support a comfortable working environment for everyone.
- They are in charge of washing dishes and cooking utensils.

[Management and training staff]
Organize the team and support everyone to work smoothly.
- Trains new staff members.
- Coordinates staff schedules by managing shifts.

Base salary: 202,000 yen
Fixed overtime: 56,000 yen (42 hours)
