*Job Description*
-Main duties: Maintenance of vehicles for sale, sheet metal, and painting of vehicles on display and prior to delivery.
-Main duties: General maintenance work such as periodic inspection and repair of vehicles sold to customers.
We have the latest equipment and can acquire high technology. We are able to handle a wide variety of domestic and international vehicles without being restricted to a particular manufacturer.
In the future, we will entrust you with responsibility for the maintenance shop and front desk and maintenance operations.
Each store is provided with one or two sets of "shared tools" as store equipment.
*Most of the heavy maintenance is outsourced, so there is little burden on the body.

▼Salary
Monthly salary: 243,000 yen to 527,000 yen
Annual salary: 3,402,000 yen to 7,378,000 yen
Salary will be determined based on experience and ability.
Fixed overtime pay of 43,000 yen per 28 hours is included (excess will be paid separately).

Qualification allowance (Level 1 mechanic: 25,000 yen, Level 2 mechanic: 20,000 yen, Level 3 mechanic: 5,000 yen, Vehicle inspector: 30,000 yen)
Dealer division mechanic only = technician allowance (30,000-50,000 yen/month)
Overtime allowance (per minute)
Transportation allowance (up to 50,000 yen)
Family allowance (10,000 yen for spouse and 3,000 yen for each child)
Wedding gift money (30,000 yen to 50,000 yen *applicable after one year of employment)
Maternity gift money (30,000 yen *applicable after one year of employment)
Relocation assistance (single employee relocation allowance: 20,000 yen, housing assistance: 30,000 yen *in-house rules apply)
