▼Job Responsibilities
At our self-service gas stations, you will handle a wide range of services including customer support, campaign announcements, and vehicle maintenance. ▼Primary Responsibilities ● Support and guidance for self-service fueling customers
● Proposing car leasing, oil changes, insurance, and promotions ● Providing vehicle inspection guidance (via phone, etc.) ● Performing safety checks (tire pressure, oil condition, etc.) ● Handling light maintenance like battery replacement (※ After obtaining certification, you can handle a wider range of maintenance tasks) ＜Post-Hire Process＞ You'll start with on-the-job training (OJT), learning greetings, customer engagement methods, and basic vehicle knowledge.
After mastering the basics, you'll learn practical skills through hands-on experience, including in-store customer service, phone handling, and simple maintenance like battery replacement. Senior staff provide solid support, so you can confidently work independently! ＜Career Advancement System＞ We offer an environment where everyone can advance their career. You can aim for management roles like store manager within about 5-6 years of joining. Some staff have even been promoted to store manager in as little as 2 years!
