Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
At self-service gas stations
Customer support and campaign information,
and maintenance of vehicles.
Main duties
Support and guidance to self-service gas station customers
Propose car lease, oil change, insurance, campaign, etc.
Provide information on car inspections (by phone, etc.)
Safety inspections of tire pressure, oil condition, etc.
Light maintenance such as battery replacement
(*After obtaining certification, the company can provide a wide range of maintenance services.)

The first step is on-the-job training,
You will learn how to greet and talk to customers, and basic knowledge about cars.
After learning the basics, you will learn how to serve customers at the store, answer phones, and perform simple maintenance such as battery replacement through practice.
