Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for maintenance tasks such as servicing and cleaning rental and lease equipment.
Since vehicle inspections are performed by a subcontractor, minor maintenance, car washing, painting, etc. will be entrusted to the client.
<Maintenance/Inspection
(1) Conduct periodic inspections and check for any abnormalities.
(2) Replacing parts and cleaning
(3) Preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
▼Salary
245,000 yen - 410,000 yen
Monthly (base salary): 190,000 - 285,000 yen
Other fixed allowances/month: 30,000-40,000 yen
Fixed overtime allowance: varies depending on monthly salary
25,000 yen (15 hours) - 85,000 yen (40 hours)
Excess amount is paid separately.
Bonus: Twice a year (based on previous year's results)
Salary increase and bonus are based on company performance and performance evaluation.
