[Driver Duties]
The Adachi Branch of Tokyo Clear Center Inc. is primarily responsible for driver operations to collect waste materials. The duties provide a safe and comfortable work environment and contribute to the local community.
- Arrive at the office and check the terminal for the day's collection destination.
- Drive the truck to the destination and collect the waste.
- Enter the items of waste collected and the number of bags into the dedicated terminal.
- Transport the collected items to the recycling plant.
- After completion of the collection, return the truck to the company and wash it to complete the work.

▼Salary
Monthly salary starting from 350,000 yen or more
This includes a fixed overtime allowance of 125,000 yen for 80 hours per month
If overtime work exceeds 80 hours, additional overtime pay will be firmly paid.

Special allowance is paid separately from monthly salary
Holiday work allowance of 20000 yen/day
Holiday work allowance 15,000 yen/day
Additional course allowance 3,000-10,000 yen/times
Accident-free allowance: Paid for safe driving!
In addition to a monthly base salary of ¥350,000, special allowances allow for even higher income!
Depending on work conditions, monthly income of 400,000 yen or more is possible!

Working hours:
Work shifts from 0:30 to 10:30, with start times varying in 30-minute increments.

▼Overtime Details
There is about 40 hours of work outside regular hours per month. A fixed overtime allowance for 80 hours is included in the salary, but any excess will be paid additionally.

The probationary period is 6 months, with the same treatment and benefits during the probationary period. In addition, inexperienced applicants will receive one month of on-the-job training.
