【Candidate for head chef】
We are looking for a candidate to be the head chef of a Korean dining room.
-Train and mentor kitchen team members to ensure high-quality service
-Develop new seasonal and trend-based menu items to enhance our brand appeal
-Manage ingredient sourcing and inventory to optimize cost control
-Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes served
▼Salary
Base salary: 350,000 yen per month
Bonus: Paid according to performance(salary increase once a year)
Annual salary: 6 million yen is possible
Pratically no overtime work, but a monthly work allowance of 30,000 yen is paid
