Graffity Inc. is a Tokyo-based AR game company. We’ve released AR shooting games Pechabato and HoloBreak . Currently, we’re working on a brand new AR Shooting game called “Leap Trigger” which can be played and enjoyed with friends, family, anyone from all over the world.
・As the Marketing manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing marketing and growth programs for consumers through advertisements and digital marketing and growth hacking. Partnering closely with Product and Engineering, you will create and manage marketing and growth programs to drive user acquisition and improve engagement.
・In this role, you will be focused on marketing as “Be friends with our customers”. you will create products together with our customers. To achieve it, you have to not only provide our product to our customers but also communicate with our customers like friends. you will be an exceptional leader capable of defining and driving high impact growth and engagement strategies.

・Manage and lead growth with our upcoming AR shooting game globally.
・Perform market research and quantitative analysis to create marketing strategies.
・Carrying out in-house operations for advertisements; digital marketing, influencer marketing, offline events.
・Work collaboratively with your colleagues and marketing agency in the US.
Minimum qualifications :
・Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
・3+ years of related experience with operations management, strategic planning and project management.
・3+ years of experience in working with advertisements and digital marketing in the entertainment industry or game industry.
・Experience managing campaigns and communication.
・Ability to speak and write in English (business-level).
・Ability to speak and write in Japanese (business-level).
Preferred qualifications :
・Effective analyzing, planning and time management skills.
・Experience in working with influencers and digital personalities.
・Experience playing Esports.
