・Assistance with bathing, toilet visits, mobility, eating, and changing of clothes for the elderly
・Personal care such as laundry and cleaning
・Provision of recreation for rehabilitation, mental care　
*Regular meetings held three times a month, regular training held at least once a month
*A person in charge is present every day so that staff members' concerns and questions can be resolved immediately.

Early shift 6:00~15:00 / Day shift 9:00~18:00 / Late shift 12:00~21:00 / Night shift 16:00~9:00 next morning
*No night shifts until you get used to the job.
