【Injection Molding Machine Operator】

This role involves operating machines that manufacture plastic products. You'll be part of a factory team supporting the foundation of manufacturing.

-Operate injection molding machines to produce products
-Adjust machine settings to improve efficiency and quality
-Visually inspect finished products to ensure quality control

Thorough training is provided, so even beginners can start with confidence!

▼Salary
- Hourly wage: 1,450 to 1,813 yen
- Example of monthly earnings: 217,500 yen (1,430 yen per hour x 7.5 hours x 20 days of operation plus late-night premiums and overtime pay)
- An hourly wage premium will be applied for work in excess of the prescribed working hours.
- Late-night allowance is available.
- Daily payment is available (subject to certain conditions) and advance payment of salary is available.

【Work Hours】
① 8:30~17:00 (Actual work time 7 hours 30 minutes)
② 16:30~1:00 next day (Actual work time 7 hours 30 minutes)
③ 24:30~9:00 (Actual work time 7 hours 30 minutes)
※The above shifts rotate in the order of ①→③→② weekly.

【Break Time】
Break times can be taken during work hours.

【Minimum Work Hours】
8 hours

【Minimum Number of Work Days】
5 days

【Available Work Days】
Monday through Friday (※Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are off based on the company calendar)

【Work Period】
Long-term (6 months or more)

▼Overtime Details
There is about 45 hours of overtime work a month. Overtime pay is applied at an increased hourly rate.

Holidays are based on the company calendar, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. As for vacations, there are New Year holidays, Golden Week, and summer vacation.
