The job at Matsuya involves hall and kitchen work.

- Hall staff
Main duties include serving customers at the counter and handling the food products. There's no worry about order mistakes since it's a meal ticket system.

- Kitchen staff
Simple cooking, dishwashing, and cleaning the store are requested.
