▼Job Responsibilities
【Automobile Lighting Assembly & Inspection】
In this role, you will assemble automobile headlamps and check that they function correctly. Your main tasks will include:

Using an electric screwdriver to tighten screws and assemble parts

Inspecting assembled products to ensure they operate properly

Conducting visual inspections to check for any cosmetic defects

【Transport Work】
In this position, you will prepare and deliver the necessary parts for assembly to the production line. Tasks include:

Picking up parts from the storage area and transporting them on a cart

Supplying necessary parts to the production line at the right timing

Preparing boxes for finished products and transporting them

▼Salary
- The hourly rate is 1200 yen until the first contract renewal. After renewal, the hourly wage will increase to 1240 yen per hour.
- Hourly wage is from 1240 yen to 1600 yen, and hourly wage will be increased by 25% when working after 22:00.
- An example of monthly income is 260,400 yen (1,200 yen x 160 hours + 20 hours of overtime + late-night allowance).
- If the hourly wage after renewal is 1280 yen, an example monthly income is 268,800 yen (1280 yen x 160 hours + 20 hours of overtime + late-night allowance).
- Transportation expenses are covered, up to 12,827 yen per month. There is a stipend of 12 yen/km for cars, 4 yen/km for motorcycles, and 2 yen/km for mopeds.

Contracts are renewed every 3 months.

▼Overtime Details
It is possible to earn a lot of overtime. Overtime is approximately 20 hours per month.

▼Holiday
There are more than 121 days of annual holidays, with weekends and public holidays off. Additionally, there are long holiday breaks during Golden Week, summer, and the New Year.

▼Training
The trial/training period is for 14 days, and you will work under the same conditions as the official employment.
