▼Job Responsibilities
First, you will work as a Vietnamese interpreter for the driving school instructors, with the goal of becoming a certified driving instructor yourself.

Instructors are responsible for 20–40 students. You will support each student as an interpreter, helping Vietnamese students improve their driving skills and ensuring they graduate safely.

・Teach students how to drive standard cars carefully and thoroughly.

・Conduct lessons according to each student’s schedule.

・If you wish, you can also become an instructor for medium or large vehicles, or motorcycles.

▼Salary
Monthly salary: 200,000 yen ~ 300,000 yen.

<Allowance>
Average bonus: summer 240,000 yen, winter 370,000 yen, and year-end 740,000 yen (FY2024)
Family allowance: 20,000 yen (for a spouse and two children)
Housing allowance: 20,000 yen(for unmarried employees under 35 renting a home)
Commuting allowance: based on distance (up to 13,000 yen)
Overtime allowance: monthly average of 33,000 yen (FY2024)

<Annual salary model>
Age 25: 3.5 million yen (monthly salary: 200,000 yen + allowances + bonuses)
Age 35: 5 million yen (monthly salary: 240,000 yen + allowances + bonuses)
Age 40: 6 million yen (monthly salary: 480,000 yen + allowances + bonuses)
