Here are the detailed wage and compensation details for this position:

Hourly wage: ¥1,300 to ¥1,628

Monthly example income: ¥1,300 × 7.58 hours × 21 days = ¥206,934, plus overtime pay

Perfect attendance bonus available (conditions apply)

Overtime pay applies for hours exceeding 8 hours per day

After 10:00 PM, the late-night premium applies, increasing the wage to ¥1,675/hour

Joining bonus: ¥60,000 paid after 1 month of employment

Bonus: ¥20,000 paid every 2 months

Hourly wage may vary depending on commuting distance

Overtime available, allowing you to earn more
