Kitchen Staff

As a kitchen staff at Pasela Group, you will be responsible for providing our customers with a great dining experience. We have a solid training program for those with no experience. This is the perfect environment for those who want to try something new.

- Support the chef in cooking under the supervision of the head chef.
- We will cook and serve seasonal menu items.
- You will gain experience in roles such as grilled dishes, pasta, fried dishes, and appetizers, and learn techniques.
- Using the latest cooking equipment, we will deliver freshly prepared food to our customers.
- Through cooking, you will also improve your communication skills.

▼Salary
The monthly salary ranges from 240,000 yen to 350,000 yen and varies depending on the desired number of monthly holidays. Specifically, the salary is 260,000 yen to 350,000 yen for 8 days off per month, 250,000 yen to 350,000 yen for 9 days off per month, and 240,000 yen to 350,000 yen for 10 days off per month. Regarding treatment, there are two salary increases/promotions per year, as well as a biannual bonus based on performance.

The work system is shift-based with an actual working time of 8 hours.
Examples of shifts include 10:00-19:00, 12:00-21:00, 14:00-23:00.

Overtime work may occur as necessary, but we are implementing measures to adjust through shifts to reduce physical burden.
