▼Job Responsibilities
Customer Service (greeting customers, serving food, clearing tables)
Cooking (preparing, cooking, plating, and cleaning up)
Inventory Management (ordering and managing ingredients)
Store Management (creating staff schedules, sales management, opening and closing procedures)

No experience required — senior staff will provide one-on-one training and support.
Opportunities available for future promotion to store manager or head office roles, including involvement in new store openings.

▼Salary
Store Manager: ¥300,000 – ¥500,000 per month
Assistant Manager / Store Manager Candidate: ¥250,000 – ¥500,000 per month

Includes fixed overtime allowance (64 hours/month, ¥80,000). Additional overtime will be paid separately.
Pay raises and promotions available as needed, plus performance-based bonuses.

Employment type: Permanent (no fixed term)

Working Hours: 10:00 – 21:00 (shift system)
Break: 2 hours per day
Average Monthly Workdays: around 25

▼Overtime Details
Overtime Work: Required (average 40–64 hours per month)

▼Holiday
Holidays and Leave:
- 5 days off per month (shift-based)
- 3 days off each before and after the year-end/New Year holidays, Obon holidays, and Golden Week holidays

▼Training
Trial Period: Up to 2 months
- 1st month: Treated as part-time
- 2nd month: Full-time employee salary, but without social insurance (dormitory available)
From the 3rd month: Full-time employee status with social insurance
