▼Job Responsibilities
[Agricultural Machinery Parts Assembly Work]
In this position, you will assemble agricultural machinery parts one by one.

- Combine parts according to the instruction manual.
- Use specialized tools to securely connect the parts.
- Prepare assembled products for safe storage.

[Parts Picking Work]
In this position, you will collect the necessary parts from designated locations.

- Locate required parts in the warehouse based on the order list.
- Properly pack the parts and prepare them for shipment.
- Regularly check inventory and report shortages if necessary.

▼Salary
The hourly wage ranges from 1,600 yen to 2,000 yen. An example of monthly income is 320,712 yen (1,350 yen per hour x 7.75 hours worked x 22 days worked). Evening shift workers are paid 1,600 yen per hour, and example monthly earnings are 320,712 yen (1,600 yen per hour x 7.75 hours of actual work x 21 days of operation). An additional premium will be applied for hours worked in excess of 7.75 hours. Hourly wage varies depending on commuting distance. Overtime work is approximately 1-2 hours and overtime pay is provided. Advance payment of salary is also available.
