Food production staff:

This job is to produce delicious horse meat products including "fresh horse sashimi", a specialty of Kumamoto Prefecture. We are a food manufacturer that produces the largest amount of horse meat in Japan, and would like to work on products that will please a lot of people. This is an environment where you can demonstrate your abilities while learning a series of processes from meat processing to packaging.

- Preparation work before slaughter
- Slaughtering horses in the slaughterhouse
- Processing, cleaning, sorting, and packaging of internal organs such as hormones
- Packing and weighing of horse meat
- Processing of horse meat

▼Salary
Hourly wage starts at 1,100 yen! There will be pay raises.
Hourly wage will increase if you can do various jobs.
Allowances are provided according to the company's internal system.

▼Overtime Details
There is an average of 15 hours of overtime per month.

▼Holiday
A two-day weekend system (with company calendar) provides over 120 days of holidays per year. In addition, there are year-end and New Year holidays, and annual paid leave. Upon joining the company, 4 days of paid leave are granted, and after six months, an additional 6 days for a total of 10 days of paid leave are provided.

Trial period: 3 months
Conditions of employment during the probationary period are the same as those of the main employment.
