• Can read/write hiragana or katakana

Job Description

▼Main Responsibilities
・Driving customers to their destination mainly in Fukuoka city .
・All of our taxis are automatic transmission (AT), equipped with a car navigator, electronic toll collection system(ET), and a drive recorder for security.
・Upon completion of your dayshift, you will be required to return to your branch, clean the taxi, and leave it for the next scheduled driver.
・The monthly salary is 200,000 yen per month for the first three months after the start of service.
・After you start working, you are only required to work the day shift and are guaranteed a monthly salary of 200,000 yen.
・The following conditions will be applied after 4 months of employment.
*Commission with a minimum guaranteed salary
Monthly pay of 143,391 yen + commission (depending on the sale) + overwork pay +2 bonuses/year (A sample monthly salary: 240,000 yen for a first-year employee)
Monthly pay of 163,050 yen + commission (depending on the sale) + overwork pay +2 bonuses/year (A sample monthly salary: 280,000 yen for a first-year employee )
・Probationary period: 4 months ( salary and benefit remain the same during this period)

【Dayshift】actual working hours 7 hours and 45 minutes, 2 hours break
Example 7:30-17:15
【Nightshift】actual working hours 7 hours and 30 minutes, 2 hours break
Example 17:30-3:45
・You can choose your shift (day/night)
・No overtime work is required.
・We encourage employees to take paid vacations, so some of our seniors take paid vacations once a month.

Employee dormitory: We have 2 employee dormitory sites in Kasuga city Nobori-cho and Fukuoka-city Minami-ku Shimizu. You can live in a dormitory that is close to your workplace. Some of our employees commute by bicycle. The rent is free for the first 3 months of your stay, and it only costs 32,000 yen for the monthly rent.
