▼Job Responsibilities
【Set and remove hoses】
- About 60 to 100 hoses are set in the mold.
- Steam treatment is performed for about 30 minutes in a machine in the vulcanization process.
- After vulcanization, remove the hoses.
- This process is repeated 15 to 20 times a day.
This is simple work that even inexperienced workers can tackle with ease, and since work training is provided in pairs, workers can work in a safe environment with generous support. The work is somewhat strenuous, but we will support you until you get used to the speed and your hands.
▼Salary
The hourly wage is 1,700 yen.
As an example of monthly income, approximately 350,000 yen is expected if you work 20 days per month, 40 hours of overtime and 60 hours of late-night work.
In addition, a monthly allowance of 20,000 yen may be paid (subject to payment rules).

Working hours
2nd shift:
8:30-17:15 (8 hours/45 minutes break)
20:30 - 5:30 the next day (8 hours/60 minutes break)
or
6:25-15:05 (7 hours 35 minutes/65 minutes break)
17:00 - 1:40 the next day (7 hours 35 minutes/65 minutes break)

▼Overtime Details
Overtime work averages 20-40 hours per month. There is a 15-minute break before overtime.
▼Holiday
Holidays are Saturdays and Sundays.
In addition, GW, summer and New Year holidays are available.
Other vacations are based on the workplace calendar.
