Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
[Hose Installation and Removal]
- Place about 60 to 100 hoses into the mold.
- The material undergoes a steam treatment for approximately 30 minutes in the vulcanization machine.
- Remove the hose after vulcanization.
- Repeat this process about 15 to 20 times a day.
The work is simple enough that even those with no prior experience can tackle it with confidence.
Since training is conducted in pairs, you can work in a supportive and reassuring environment with thorough guidance.

Hourly wage: 1,750 yen
As an example of monthly income, if you work 20 days a month with 40 hours of overtime and 60 hours of late-night work, your monthly income is estimated to be approximately 350,000 yen.
In addition, you may be eligible for a monthly allowance of 20,000 yen (subject to eligibility requirements).

Overtime work averages 20-40 hours per month. There is a 15-minute break before overtime.

Holidays are Saturdays and Sundays.
In addition, GW, summer and New Year holidays are available.
