【Ramen restaurant hall/kitchen staff/manager】
We are looking for hall and kitchen staff for a Yokohama family-style Ramen restaurant!

<Hall Staff>
・Guide customers to their seats
・Serve food
・Refilling condiments and water, etc.

*No register work because of the meal ticket system.


＜Kitchen＞
・Washing dishes
・Cooking of ramen, gyoza, fried rice, etc.

We have established rules for cooking methods and flavor adjustments, and provide thorough training so that even those with no experience can quickly become accustomed to the work!

▼Salary
【Monthly Salary】
General employee: 240,000 yen～
Store manager: 280,000 yen and up

*Full payment for overtime work
*Salary increase available


【Various allowances!】
Moving allowance (up to 30,000 yen)
Rent subsidy: 40% of rent (maximum 30,000 yen)
Family allowance (spouse: 5,000 yen, first child: 5,000 yen, second child: 3,000 yen)
Manager allowance: 48,000 yen (included in salary)
Area manager allowance: 50,000 yen (added to the manager's salary)


【Example of monthly income】
Monthly income: 330,000 yen / first year with the company, store manager / monthly salary: 280,000 yen + overtime allowance
Monthly income 288,000 yen / first year with the company / monthly salary 240,000 yen + overtime allowance

Akashi Branch: 1,250〜1,562 yen
Tarumi Branch: 1,200〜1,500 yen
Yaenosato Branch: 1,200〜1,500 yen

【Working hours】
8 hours between 10:00 and 25:00 (shifts)


*On a variable working hours system of 179 hours per month, you can choose how to work between 1 and 8 hours per day!
