▼Job Responsibilities
Caregiver at a Paid Nursing Home

There are three types of paid nursing homes:

1.Nursing Care Type
Residents require daily care. Ideal for those who want to develop caregiving skills.

2.Residential Type
Support includes meals, housekeeping, and various events and recreational activities. Recommended for those who enjoy planning events.

3.Health-Focused Type
Residents are mostly independent. Some facilities offer hot springs or gyms. Work is physically less demanding.

Common responsibilities across all types include providing personalized care for each resident and creating a safe and comfortable environment.
