Caregiver at a Group Home
This is a residential facility for a small number of elderly residents with dementia, where they live together and receive support in daily life.
Small Units (5–9 Residents)
Easier to build relationships with residents and staff. Ideal for those who enjoy interacting with people and value teamwork.
Specialized Dementia Care
Provide support for daily activities and emotional care to ensure residents feel safe. Understanding dementia and a willingness to learn care techniques are essential.
Promoting Independence
To slow the progression of dementia, residents share roles in cooking, cleaning, and other household tasks. Caregivers assist according to each resident’s needs.

With experience: ¥1,600 – ¥2,400 per hour
