Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
At our eco-plant, your main role will be sorting waste materials brought in from construction sites.
This job is part of the recycling industry and contributes to protecting the environment.
- Sort construction waste by material type.
- Specifically, separate materials such as concrete debris, glass, and scrap metal, then place them into the processing line.
- The sorted waste is further processed by machines to separate materials such as metal and plastic.
- Finally, recyclable resources are shipped to companies that reuse them.
【Daily Workflow】
8:00 AM – Morning meeting, then work begins at assigned stations
Around 10:00 AM – Break
Around 10:30 AM – Resume work
12:00 PM – Lunch break
1:00 PM – Resume work
Around 3:00 PM – Break
Around 3:30 PM – Resume work
5:00 PM – End of regular shift (employees working overtime continue working)

Daily wage: ¥13,500–¥19,000
During the 3-month probation period: ¥13,000/day

First year: Annual salary of 4 million yen (estimated)

The monthly salary during the probationary period is approximately 300,000 yen (13,000 yen per day).
