Responding to requests and inquiries
Manage reservations and answer phone calls
Handling of billing and settlement
Supporting the management of room cleaning staff
Other incidental work

Room cleaning and bed making.

Specifically...
Changing sheets and making beds
Cleaning of bathrooms and toilets
Room cleaning such as vacuuming and wiping
Replenishment of amenities such as shampoo, etc.
Cleaning time per room is about 20~30 minutes (varies slightly depending on the room).

▼Salary
Concierge (receptionist)

Full-time employee: 321,150 yen/month or more
Trial period (3 months): monthly salary 275,000 yen or more (overtime paid separately)
The above salary includes deemed overtime work (37 hours/month/62,200 yen~).
Excess amount will be paid separately.

Part-time workers: 1226 yen per hour~.
Early morning hours from 5:00 to 10:00 a.m.: 1,400 yen per hour


Cleaning staff

Full-time employees: 216,000-245,000 yen/month
*This will be determined in consideration of experience and ability.
*Midnight allowance will be paid separately for night shift.

For part-time workers, conditions vary by store as follows
　Shinjuku: 1,300-1,400 yen per hour
　Kokubunji: 1,226 yen per hour
　Yamato: 1,226 yen per hour
*After 10:00 p.m., there is a 25% increase in hourly wage.
*Pay raise possible depending on skills!

▼Working Days and Hours
Concierge (receptionist)

Full-time employees: 13:00 - 13:00 the next day (including a 5-hour nap)
Part-time employees: Shift system

Cleaning staff】 【Cleaning staff

For full-time employees: 9:00~18:00
*One month variable working hours system (8 hours of actual work per day)

Part-time job: 3 hours a day between 9:00~18:00~(Weekly {shu 21~OK)

▼Overtime Details
The fixed overtime pay includes up to 37 hours of work outside regular hours per month, but any excess will be paid separately. As a general rule, there is no overtime work that exceeds the fixed overtime pay amount.

▼Holiday
Varies depending on the shift.
Full-time employees are off 6~8 days per month.

The trial period is 3 months.
