You will acquire practical skills not only in customer service, but also in sales management, inventory control, and other important behind-the-scenes aspects of hotel operations.

We ensure that you have 5 hours of nap time to rest your body even during the night shift.

For full-time employees: monthly salary from 321,150 yen
*First monthly income of 480,000 is possible depending on ability and hard work
Trial period (3 months): Monthly salary 275,000 yen or more (Overtime work will be paid separately)
The above salary includes deemed overtime (37 hours/month/$62,200~).
Excess amount will be paid separately.
Part-time workers: 1,226 yen per hour~.
Early morning hours from 5:00 to 10:00 a.m.: 1,400 yen per hour

▼Overtime Details
The fixed overtime pay includes up to 37 hours of work outside regular hours per month, but any excess will be paid separately. As a general rule, there is no overtime work that exceeds the fixed overtime pay amount.

Full-time employees are off 6~8 days per month.
