▼Job Responsibilities
【Warehouse Staff】
We are looking for staff to assist with the rental operations of temporary construction materials.

- Prepare scaffolding materials for contractors and inspect returned materials.
- Manage inventory of construction materials
- Load and unload materials onto/from trucks
- Guide customers’ trucks when necessary

⭐︎Applicants with forklift operating or truck driving experience can make full use of their skills!
⭐︎Even if you have no experience, on-the-job training (OJT) is provided, so you can work with confidence!
⭐︎Since the job involves physical labor, applicants with good physical strength are welcome!

▼Salary
【Monthly salary】
¥250,000-¥340,000

※ Additional allowances may be provided depending on your experience and qualifications

- Overtime pay: Full pay based on overtime hours
- Commuting allowance: Provided separately (based on company regulations, up to ¥15,000)
- Qualification allowance: ¥1,000 to ¥10,000 per month
- Position allowance: ¥5,000 to ¥10,000 per month
- Driving allowance: Provided (for those who are in charge of delivery by truck)
- Salary increase: Once a year
- Bonus: Paid twice a year

¥3,600,000 – ¥4,800,000

【Working Hours】
　8:30-18:00

【Break time】
1 hour lunch break (12:00-13:00)
There are also short breaks of 30 minutes each at 10:00 and 15:00, for a total of 1 hour.

About 5 hours per month on average

※October through December is usually a busy season.
※Overtime pay is fully provided based on the number of overtime hours worked.

Two days off every other week (Sundays and public holidays off; Saturdays depend on the shift schedule)
