[Medium- and Heavy-Duty Truck Drivers]

As a medium- or heavy-duty truck driver, you’ll play a vital role in safely transporting cargo.

- Drive a truck to deliver food to stores, warehouses, and factories.
- Load cargo onto the truck, drive to the destination, and deliver it safely.
- Coordinate with clients’ schedules via phone or other means, prepare delivery slips, and ensure reliable deliveries.

While drivers have the freedom to manage their time while driving—as long as they avoid accidents—this is a rewarding and enjoyable job that allows you to build relationships and communicate with fellow drivers, warehouse staff, and store clerks.
Our main focus is on deliveries for supermarkets and drugstores. For larger-scale operations, we also handle deliveries between Amazon facilities, as well as deliveries to distribution centers and markets.

Since your assigned route and vehicle are generally fixed, it’s easy to learn the routes, and the more you get used to them, the sooner you can head home.
Your pay is guaranteed even if you finish early.

- Monthly salary: 337,500–512,500 yen
- Bonuses available based on performance
- Advance pay available for actual hours worked

(Example)
Medium-duty truck driver: 13,500 yen × 25 days
Heavy-duty truck driver: 17,000 yen × 25 days

Salary is even higher for those willing to work night shifts or who can read and write Japanese!

Mandatory retirement at age 65, but there is a reemployment system

【Work Hours】
① 4:00 AM–1:00 PM
② 1:00 PM–10:00 PM
③ 7:00 PM–4:00 AM
You may be asked to work night shifts.

【Break Time】
1–2 hours of break time per day

【Minimum Working Hours】
8 hours
Your pay is guaranteed even if you finish early.

【Minimum Working Days】
Full-time employees: 4 days per week

There is a probationary period, lasting 3 months.
