[Main Job Responsibilities (for Nepali Staff)]
・Conducting new employee orientation (safety training and explanation of company rules)
・Instruction on work procedures
・On-the-job training (one-on-one work instruction)
・Progress updates and proficiency checks for new staff
・Follow-up on work quality and safety
・Simple office work using a computer
▼Salary
Monthly salary: 236,000 yen
Bonus available (up to 100,000 yen)
Training period included <Hourly wage of 1,350 yen during the training period>
Night shifts include a late-night allowance and overtime pay
▼Contract Period
One-year contract with possibility of renewal (renewal in principle)
▼Working Days and Hours
21:00~6:00
Two days off per week; shift work; three night shifts
Break: 1 hour

Approximately 15 hours per month
