Monthly salary: 250,000 yen and up

Fixed overtime allowance: ¥60,000 per month
Salary increase: Based on company performance, ability, and work record

Working hours: 8:30-22:00

Shift system
8 hours per shift

▼Overtime Details
Overtime: Average 50 hours per month

Fixed overtime allowance: 60,000 yen/month
Overtime hours in excess of 48 hours per month are paid separately.

- 2 days off per week （shift-based schedule）
- Paid vacations: As required by law (10 days granted after 6 months of service)
