▼Job Responsibilities
Through electrical construction work for buildings and facilities, you will help create safe, secure, and comfortable environments for people to live and work in.

Main Responsibilities:
・Meeting and communicating with clients
・Conducting on-site inspections
・Preparing design and construction drawings
・Creating cost estimates for electrical work
・Arranging materials and assigning workers
・Giving work instructions to on-site staff
・Managing quality, safety, and schedules at the construction site
・Confirming project completion and preparing related documents

You will be involved in every step of the process — supporting each project from start to finish.

As you gain experience, you will also take on more responsibility, such as managing project budgets and supervising entire construction operations.

Expected Annual Income (First Year): 4,000,000 – 6,000,000 yen
Monthly Base Salary: 200,000 – 350,000 yen
*Determined based on age and experience

★Bonus: Twice a year (July and December) *Additional performance bonus may be given depending on company results
★Annual Salary Increase: Approx. 4% every year
★Age-based Raise:1,000 yen increase per year

Income Examples:
4,000,000 yen / Age 24 (4 years of experience)
6,500,000 yen / Age 33 (11 years of experience)
8,000,000 yen / Age 43 (20 years of experience)

8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Actual working hours: 8 hours per day
Break time: 90 minutes total
(60-minute lunch break + 15-minute breaks in the morning and afternoon)

※Overtime is paid in one-minute increments.
