▼Job Responsibilities
【Ramp Staff】
This role supports safe and punctual departures and arrivals of aircraft at Narita Airport.
A highly rewarding position working directly with aircraft on the airport's front lines!
Foreign staff are also active here, so even those with no experience can start with confidence.
Specific duties include:
- Loading, unloading, and sorting baggage and cargo onto/off aircraft
- Connecting passenger boarding bridges to aircraft
- Guiding aircraft to designated positions via marshalling
- Moving aircraft to assigned locations using tow tractors
- Seeing off departing aircraft and supporting safe flights
◆ This workplace involves operations within the airport's restricted area, inaccessible to the general public.
Much of the work is done right next to the aircraft, progressing through teamwork, providing a strong sense of accomplishment.
