Ramp Staff
This job supports the safe and on-time operation of airplanes at Narita Airport.
You will play an important role when airplanes take off and land, and you will work in an attractive work environment where you can be active on the front lines of the airport!
Specific duties include:
- Loading, unloading, and sorting baggage and cargo onto airplanes
- Connecting aircraft boarding and disembarking bridges
- Marshalling and guiding airplanes to their designated positions.
- Moving airplanes to their designated positions in towing cars
- Seeing off departing airplanes and supporting safe air travel
In this workplace, work is performed in areas that are off limits to the general public.
There is a lot of work to be done as a team while being directly involved with airplanes, and it is very rewarding.

Hourly wage: 1,600 to 1,650 yen
<Example of monthly salary>
(1,600 yen per hour x 8 hours x 21 days + transportation expenses) → more than 268,000 yen per month
Transportation expense: provided (up to 20,000 yen/month)
