At our Premium Kalbi locations, you will handle basic duties such as cooking and customer service.
Those interested in advancing to store manager or manager roles will also be entrusted with staff management and supervisory responsibilities.

◎ Dining Room & Kitchen Duties
・Opening preparations and closing procedures
・Greeting customers and explaining services
・Serving meals, beverages, gelato & desserts
・Preparing drink menus
・Preparing ingredients and managing inventory
・Cooking menu items and plating dishes
・Making gelato & desserts
・Washing dishes, cleaning the restaurant, etc.

◎ Management Duties (Store Manager/Manager Candidates)
・Managing work schedules and conducting inventory counts
・Numerical management, such as ordering products
・Hiring and training part-time staff
・Overall store operations, including managing sales and expenses, etc.

▼Salary
Monthly salary: 261,000 yen 〜 300,000 yen

* The above monthly salary includes a store assignment allowance (¥15,000) and fixed overtime pay (¥31,000 / equivalent to 13-18 hours). Additional overtime will be paid separately.
* Offer will be made considering experience, skills, and previous salary
