[Production Control Operator]
We are looking for a Production Control Operator to work in a factory producing chemical products and pharmaceuticals.
This is a job where you can feel the joy of manufacturing and aim to improve your skills.
Specific job duties
- Follow manufacturing manuals to handle all steps from raw material input to bagging the finished product.
- Add multiple raw materials into a 5,000L reaction tank, and operate the propeller for mixing using control buttons.
- Monitor temperature changes and observe chemical reactions through the reaction tank window during mixing.
- When one operation is completed, the work-in-progress is transferred to another facility through piping.
- Each process uses different equipment, so the trainees will understand the mechanisms and functions of each piece of equipment.
- The trainees handle hazardous chemicals and are required to wear protective equipment for their own safety in accordance with the rules.

Up to 300,000 yen (depending on skills and experience)
Qualification allowance, family allowance, and housing allowance are available,
Qualification allowances are paid according to qualifications such as hazardous materials handlers and first-class sanitation supervisors
Bonuses are paid twice a year
Salary increase once a year
Commuting allowance is paid at actual expense, with no upper limit
Expected Annual Salary 3,300,000~4,800,000 yen
