▼Job Responsibilities
This job involves manufacturing ceramics (materials for components).
We will be working with machinery inside the factory.
Even if you have no experience, you can get started with confidence!
▼Specific tasks
・We place the ceramic pieces in the machine and shape them by cutting and drilling holes.
・We perform operations such as milling, drilling, and threading
・Operate the machine to shape the material into the specified form and size
・Use a whetstone (a tool for grinding) to give the surface a smooth finish
・Shave down the outer surface of the round part to shape it
・Use machines and tools to accurately measure length, thickness, and size
・We also check the depth of the holes

The monthly salary will range from 190,000 yen to 270,000 yen, taking into account experience and age, with preferential treatment in accordance with our company's regulations. There are also overtime allowances, night shift allowances (3,000 yen per time), transportation allowances, and lunch allowances (company covers half the cost when ordering company bento). Additionally, there is an annual salary increase, and the bonus is given twice a year, with last year's performance being equivalent to 3 months' worth. The probationary period is 3 months, with no change in employment conditions.
