[Manufacturing Staff Recruitment]

We are recruiting manufacturing staff for a ceramics processing manufacturer. It is a comfortable environment where even those with no experience can work with confidence.

- You will install ceramics into machines and perform processing such as shaving or drilling holes to create parts.
- You will operate machines to shape ceramics into the specified form.
- After processing, you will check the quality of the ceramic parts using measuring equipment to ensure quality.

Through such work, you will complete beautiful parts and deliver them to customers. You can work comfortably inside a factory where the temperature is kept constant.

▼Salary
The monthly salary will range from 190,000 yen to 270,000 yen, taking into account experience and age, with preferential treatment in accordance with our company's regulations. There are also overtime allowances, night shift allowances (3,000 yen per time), transportation allowances, and lunch allowances (company covers half the cost when ordering company bento). Additionally, there is an annual salary increase, and the bonus is given twice a year, with last year's performance being equivalent to 3 months' worth. The probationary period is 3 months, with no change in employment conditions.

Ten days of paid vacation will be granted after six months. Vacations include GW, summer vacation (4 or more days), year-end and New Year's vacation (5 or more days), maternity/paternity/childcare leave.

▼Training
The trial period is 3 months. There will be no changes to the treatment during the trial period.
