Therapist
This job involves massaging customers to relax their bodies and minds.
Body care: We massage the muscles and pressure points of the entire body and directly care for areas of fatigue.
Foot care: Using gel to relieve reflex points on the soles of the feet, and treatment of the shins and calves.
Body Clean Therapist (Acupressure Scrub)
This treatment is performed in a room directly connected to the bath.
In addition to the skin beautifying effect of removing dirt and dead skin cells from the pores of the entire body, the pleasant friction stimulates blood circulation and leads to a healthy body.
Esthetics
Treatment is performed in a room inside the building (outside the bath).
Aroma treatment oils are used to carefully relax the whole body, leading to the ultimate in relaxation.
Facial esthetics are also available.
▼Salary
Salaries are based on full commission and range from 1,890 yen to 4,290 yen per hour. Specific examples of compensation are as follows
In the case of a therapist/assignment for one year
Body care therapist monthly remuneration example: 251,850 yen (31.5 yen/minute x 300 minutes x 23 days + + allowances)
Example of monthly compensation for an Akasuri Therapist: 307,675 yen (53.5 yen/minute x 250 minutes x 23 days)
Unit remuneration varies depending on the content and rank of the treatment.

Usually a minimum of 7 days of training - minimum of 7 days.
For inexperienced trainees, the training progresses through orientation, written test, practical training, ropelay, check, and finally a final test.
For experienced workers, the training period is a minimum of 2 days to learn the flow of treatment and customer service, allowing them to make their debut in a store in the shortest time possible.
*There is a 100,000 yen bonus for passing the training.
