This is a job at a restaurant specializing in charcoal-grilled eels.
First, you will learn how to prepare and grill eels in the central kitchen for about six months.
After that, you will actually perform the grilling work at the restaurant.
We are planning to open a restaurant in Taiwan in 2027, so there is a possibility that you will work at our local subsidiary in Taiwan.

- You will cook rice and make soup stock.
- Prepare and prepare ingredients.
- Slicing eels, skewering and charcoal grilling.

▼Salary
The base salary is 256,000 yen to 400,000 yen per month.

Housing allowance is,
40,000 yen in Tokyo,
30,000 yen in Kanagawa and Saitama prefectures, 10,000 yen in Kyoto, Osaka, and Aichi prefectures, and 40,000 yen in Tokyo,
10,000 yen in Kyoto, Osaka, and Aichi prefectures,

Access is a 5-minute walk from Exit 4 of Subway Horita Station or a 12-minute walk from South Exit of Meitetsu Horita Station.
