【Care Staff】
This position is at a paid nursing home with caregiving services in Higashiyodogawa Ward, Osaka City. It offers a high hourly wage and a healthy work schedule. The main duties include:

* Providing physical care such as meal assistance, bathing support, and toileting at the nursing home
* Planning and conducting recreational activities to offer enjoyable moments for residents
* Performing room checks and monitoring to support a safe and comfortable living environment

Since this is a dispatch position, you will work as an employee of the staffing agency.
If you experience any issues, the agency will provide full support so you can work with peace of mind.

▼Salary
Applicants with a Certified Care Worker qualification and more than 3 years of caregiving experience will be offered an hourly wage of ¥1,700 or higher.
Those with a Caregiver Beginner Training or Practical Training qualification and more than 3 years of experience will be offered ¥1,600 or higher.

Applicants with experience but no qualification, or with less than 3 years of experience, will be offered ¥1,500, depending on the facility’s conditions.
Based on your experience, we will propose the highest possible hourly wage.
Transportation expenses are fully covered, and overtime is paid in 1-minute increments.

▼Contract Period
You will first work for 2–3 months, after which we will confirm whether to renew the contract.
We welcome those who can work long-term.
The contract period can be adjusted based on your situation.

【Working Hours: Early shift 7:00–16:00, Day shift 9:00–18:00, Late shift 10:00–19:00, Night shift 17:00–10:00 (next day)】
