【Recruiting Planning and Operations Staff to Support Musicians】
This position involves a wide range of responsibilities related to music activities, including planning, operations, merchandise production, and sales.
We seek individuals who can commit to both the creative and on-site aspects of the role—crafting exciting projects for fans while articulating the musicians' messages to develop compelling content.
- Plan and execute fan club initiatives that delight members
(live event planning, members-only events, giveaway campaigns, etc.)
- Update and manage official websites
Improving readability and ensuring content clearly communicates the artist’s appeal
- Plan video content for social media (fan club–exclusive / public-facing)
From concept development to basic video editing
- Translation support for promotional activities
(Japanese → Taiwanese Mandarin, English, Korean, etc.)
- Propose and develop new merchandise
Involved in everything from design proposals to production direction
- Plan and execute merchandise strategies for overseas markets
- Manage merchandise sales and operations at live events
- Inventory management, sales reporting, and performance data analysis

Hourly wage: 1,225 yen
Transportation expenses (up to 25,000 yen per month will be paid)
