[Collections assistant staff]
This is a job to help keep the city clean.
This is a challenging role that does not require a license or special knowledge to start.

- Work in teams to visit single-family homes and apartment complexes to collect household waste.
- Transport collected waste to a processing facility.
- You will work with your fellow workers every day.

This job offers you the opportunity to contribute to keeping your community more beautiful and provide a high sense of fulfillment.
In addition, you will work with your fellow workers, so no experience is required. Together, we will contribute to the community and improve the environment around us.


＜Example of Workday Schedule＞

▪ After arriving at the office, prepare for collection
Roll call by the operation manager (alcohol check/check physical condition, sleep status, etc.), check files required for collection, fill out daily report, check vehicles, etc.

▽ 7:45 a.m. morning meeting

▽ 8：30 Start of morning collection operations! Repeatedly transport and collect the collected waste to the treatment facility.

▽ 12：00 Lunch break

▽ 13：00 Afternoon collection operations start! Repeatedly transport and collect the collected waste to the treatment facility

o 15：00 Transport the last waste to the treatment facility and return to the company! After returning to the company, roll call by the operation manager, etc.

o 16：00 Fill out daily report, organize documents, and confirm vehicle allocation for the next day.

Hourly wage: 1,800 yen to 2,250 yen
<Example of monthly income> 287,100 yen
1,800 yen/hour x 7.25 hours/day x 22 days/month

Working hours: 7:45～16:00
Break time: 12:00-13:00
Minimum working hours: 8 hours

Saturdays and Sundays off (2 days off per week)

▼Training
The trial/training period is 2 weeks. The conditions during the trial/training period are the same as those of full employment.
