▼Main Responsibilities
As an in-house engineer, you will be responsible for PM (project management) of a wide range of system development projects, including offshore development of internal infrastructure systems in collaboration with overseas companies, selection and implementation of cloud systems, and DXification using advanced IT technologies (AI, big data, VR, etc.).
▼Specific Tasks
We have various systems such as customer management, inventory management, real estate management, employee personnel (attendance), etc. You will be responsible for the planning and development (migration/renovation) for the mutuality of these internal core systems, the handling of problems and efficiency improvement of existing systems, as well as the IT department's work including the purchase of networks and equipment. In the future we are planning to outsource offshore development to IT companies in Vietnam and Myanmar. In order to overcome the language barrier and to broaden the scope of negotiations, we are looking for a person who understands both Vietnamese and Japanese and who has IT knowledge.

As an internal SE for the entire holding, you will be involved in the maintenance and operation of the system environment for the company and its group companies. We have an annual IT investment of 50-60 million yen. We are looking for a person who can be entrusted with the development and operation of the integration, optimization and efficiency of the systems currently in place in each company.
