▼Salary
The monthly salary is ¥231,220, consisting of a base salary of ¥189,400 and a fixed overtime allowance of ¥41,820 for 30 hours. Any overtime exceeding this will be paid additionally in accordance with the law. Bonuses are paid twice a year (July and December), and salary increases are given once a year (June). Fixed overtime is paid for 20 hours, and the average overtime work is about 5 hours per month. Commuting allowance is provided up to ¥30,000 per month. Other allowances include incentive allowances, overtime work allowance, late-night work allowance, and holiday work allowance.

▼Overtime Details
The average monthly overtime hours are 5 hours. A fixed overtime of 20 hours is paid, and any excess is paid additionally as per legal regulations.

▼Training
The probation period is 2 months. After the end of the probation period, based on the performance, those who meet the company's regulations will have their contract renewed as full-time employees. Regarding the training period, training will be conducted inside the factory immediately after joining the company.
