Basic salary: ¥257,012～

- Fixed overtime allowance: 33,561 yen
- Late-night allowance available
- Salary increase and performance bonus: Once a year (based on work evaluation)
- Transportation expenses: fully paid
- Allowance according to JLPT: 3,000 yen for N3, 6,000 yen for N2, 9,000 yen for N1
