▼Job Responsibilities
**[Wire Rope Manufacturing Work]**
You will be in charge of the job related to the manufacturing of wire rope. It is an important role in creating safe and high-quality products.
- You will operate manufacturing equipment.
- You will set up the raw materials and arrange the manufacturing line.
- There is work to transport the manufactured wire rope.
It is a chance to acquire qualifications for cranes and rigging, and learn skills. Grow through your work and aim for a high income.
▼Salary
Hourly wage: **1,850 yen (1,700 yen before obtaining certification)
Example of monthly income: **Potential to earn 350,000 yen or more
*Includes 20 working days, 10 hours of overtime, 60 hours of late-night work, and 10,000 yen in transportation expenses
Transportation allowance: **Up to 40,000 yen per month for public transportation, and up to 30,000 yen per month for cars and motorcycles
Sign-on bonus: **100,000 yen (subject to terms and conditions)

Immediate to long-term, contract renewal is every 3 months. From the time of joining the company, the first 2 weeks will be a legal probation period, and the salary during the probation period will be 1,700 yen per hour.
