**[Wire Rope Manufacturing Work]**

You will be in charge of the job related to the manufacturing of wire rope. It is an important role in creating safe and high-quality products.

- You will operate manufacturing equipment.
- You will set up the raw materials and arrange the manufacturing line.
- There is work to transport the manufactured wire rope.

It is a chance to acquire qualifications for cranes and rigging, and learn skills. Grow through your work and aim for a high income.

▼Salary
Hourly Wage: ¥1,850
(¥1,700 before certification)

Monthly Income Example: ¥350,000 or more possible
Based on 20 workdays, 10 hours overtime, 60 hours night shift, and ¥10,000 transportation allowance

Transportation Allowance: Up to ¥30,000 per month

Joining Bonus: ¥100,000

▼Contract Period
Immediate to long-term, contract renewal is every 3 months. From the time of joining the company, the first 2 weeks will be a legal probation period, and the salary during the probation period will be 1,700 yen per hour.

【Work Hours】
Work will be in 2 shifts.
[1] 8:30 to 17:15 (Actual work time 7.75 hours)
[2] 21:15 to the next day 6:15 (Actual work time 8 hours)

【Break Time】
Break time is 60 minutes.

【Minimum Work Hours】
8 hours

【Minimum Days of Work】
5 days

Overtime is about 10 hours a month.
