▼Job Responsibilities
This job is to connect cables at various locations throughout Japan.
No experience is necessary!
The sites include power plants, substations, manholes, and railroad tracks.
More than half of the month is spent traveling.
At first, you will learn the names of tools and work flow.
After that, you will practice connecting cables and start working in the field.
You will work in a team of four: a team leader, an assistant team leader, a worker, and a person on hand.
You will be taught in a proper and gentle manner, so there is no need to worry even if you have no experience.

4.5 million yen / Age 24 (1st year as a mid-career hire) (Monthly salary: 209,000 yen + various allowances + bonus)
6.3 million yen / Age 24 (5th year since joining the company after high school graduation) (Monthly salary of 245,000 yen + various allowances + bonus)
Base Salary: 209,000 yen to 270,000 yen
Transportation Expenses Are Reimbursed in Accordance with Regulations

Late-Night Shift Allowance
Holiday Pay: ¥3,500–¥5,000 / Additional payment provided in addition to regular pay for working on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
An additional 5,000 yen per day will be paid for work during the year-end and New Year's holidays.
Travel Allowance: ¥3,000–¥6,000 per day
Diligence Bonus: ¥5,000–¥10,000/month
On-site Wages: ¥500–¥2,000 per day
Driver Allowance: ¥1,000 and up per day; paid based on distance traveled
