▼Job Responsibilities
This job is to connect cables at various locations throughout Japan.
No experience is necessary!
The sites include power plants, substations, manholes, and railroad tracks.
More than half of the month is spent traveling.
At first, you will learn the names of tools and work flow.
After that, you will practice connecting cables and start working in the field.
You will work in a team of four: a team leader, an assistant team leader, a worker, and a person on hand.
You will be taught in a proper and gentle manner, so there is no need to worry even if you have no experience.

【Salary Examples】 Starting after 6 months: 400,000 yen/month possible! 4.5 million yen/24 years old (1st year mid-career hire) (Monthly salary 209,000 yen + various allowances + bonus) 6.3 million yen/24 years old (5th year high school graduate hire) (Monthly salary 245,000 yen + various allowances + bonus)
Base Salary: ¥209,000~¥270,000 Transportation Allowance: Provided per company policy Overtime Allowance Late-Night Allowance Holiday Allowance: ¥3,500~¥5,000/day for working Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays (paid in addition to regular salary) Year-end/New Year holidays: Additional ¥5,000/day
Business Trip Allowance: ¥3,000 - ¥6,000/day Perfect Attendance Allowance: ¥5,000 - ¥31,000/month Field Allowance: ¥500 - ¥2,000/day Driving Allowance: ¥1,000+/day (paid based on distance) Family Allowance: ¥5,000 (for spouse/children covered under social insurance)
Certification Allowance: Class 2 Electrician: ¥2,000; Class 2 Electrical Construction Management: ¥5,000; Class 1 Electrician: ¥4,000; Class 1 Electrical Construction Management: ¥7,000 Position Allowance: ¥10,000 to ¥50,000 Housing Allowance: 30% of rent/mortgage; Company housing available
