Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
【Hall Service Staff】
This role involves providing customers with a wonderful experience. In addition to serving customers in the restaurant, there are various other responsibilities.

・Customer service duties from welcoming guests to seeing them off
・Managing store sales and reservations
・Supporting efficient store operations by managing product costs
・Training and supporting new staff members
・Participating in store meetings to help create a better restaurant

Through this job, you will meet many people and can improve your skills while enhancing your communication abilities. It is a rewarding position where you can contribute to both customer smiles and the growth of the restaurant.

▼Salary
The monthly salary ranges from ¥300,000 to ¥350,000 and will be determined based on experience and ability. Transportation expenses are fully covered, and there are holiday work allowances and bonuses paid twice a year. In addition, performance-based profit sharing and special incentive bonuses are also provided.
