【Day Shift or Night Shift】5 days on, 2 days off (fixed schedule)
Day Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (7 hours 45 minutes actual work / 45-minute break)
Night Shift: 8:30 PM to 5:00 AM next day (7 hours 45 minutes actual work / 45-minute break)

Approximately 1 to 2 hours per day, averaging 10 to 20 hours per month.
